Possible Price Changes:
The prices for the 2008 Peru Tours were based on the January 2008 exchange rate of 3.00 Peruvian Soles to $1.00 US Dollar. Due to the changing value of the US Dollar a slight adjustment may need to be made in the final price of these tours to Peru. These costs will be determined when final payments are due September 1st, 2008.

• A 5% surcharge will be added if the Peruvian exchange rate drops below 2.85 Soles.
• A 10% surcharge will be added if the Peruvian exchange rate drops below 2.70 Soles.

1. Register for one or more tours with a $500 deposit.
2. Register by June 1st with $500 to receive a PAC Tour Travel Shirt
3. Pay $1,000 total by August 1st to receive a PAC Tour Rain Jacket.
4. Final payments for all tour are due September 1st. Gearbags will be shipped when final payments are received.
5. A cancellation fee of $100 will apply at any time for all tours.
6. A cancellation fee of $500 will apply after August 1st until October 15th.
7. No refunds after October 15th.
8. All tour participants should have medical coverage for traveling in Peru.
9. Tour prices are based on double occupancy hotels each night. You may pay an additional amount if a single room is desired or required. PAC Tour cannot guarantee finding everyone a roommate. Should you be the final person to register for a tour and wish double occupancy, and a roommate is not available, you will be asked to pay the single supplement if you wish to register. If a roommate becomes available, you will be refunded the unused portion of the single supplement.
10. During a tour if your roommate goes home, you will be paired with a new roommate. If you want to stay in a private room, you must pay the single room fee for the remainder of the tour.
11. Riders are responsible for extra costs due to tour changes caused by acts of God or other emergencies.
