All PAC Tour camps include: motels, custom jersey, breakfast, lunches, snack stops, routing, gear shuttle, mechanical support, plus coaching and preparation help from the most experienced long distance cycling company in the world.
To hold your position for a camp fill out an application and send it with a $300 non-refundable deposit to PAC Tour. You will then receive a PAC Tour Rider Packet in January.

Included Items
Custom Desert Camp Jersey Deadline is December 1st
- Tour prices are based on double occupancy hotels each night. There is an additional fee if a single room is desired or required. PAC Tour cannot guarantee finding everyone a roommate. Should you be the final person to register for an event or tour and wish double occupancy, and a roommate is not available, you may be required to pay the single supplement if you wish to register. If a roommate becomes available, you will be refunded the unused portion of the single supplement.

Jersey, Gearbag and Cancellation Policies
We recommend that all riders purchase travel insurance to provide refunds should they need to cancel out of our events.
- Riders must sign-up with a $300 deposit before the jersey deadline to receive a Custom Camp Jersey.
- Gearbag limits are 40 lbs. or 5,000 cubic inches (13" x 13" x 30")
- Riders canceling before January 1st will receive a partial refund from their $300 deposit.
- No deposit refunds after January 1st.
- If you must cancel after February 1st then your refund will be $445.
- No refunds after the starting date of each week.
- Payment in full on or before January 15, 2012 for 2012 Desert Camp weeks. Save $100 per week for each additional week because you do not receive a duplicate jersey or camp book (same camp).
- If your roommate goes home, you will be paired with a new roommate. If you want to stay in a private room, you must pay the single room fee for the remainder of the camp.
