This and the following screen will gather the data needed for your application and then present a screen with the data for your tour that you can print from the screen (select File, Print in your browser). Print two copies, and send one in with your deposit. If you are applying for more than one tour, please use a separate form for each.
You will have the option to transmit your application electronically to PAC Tour. If the tour is about full, this will get you in line quicker. To keep your place, you may pay online or we must receive your deposit check within 10 days.
